GB-Merseyside and Cheshire: Digital Inclusion Training and Support for Customers and Colleagues

As part of our Digital Strategy, we wish to break down the barriers to accessing digital services whether this is through access to devices or through training to improve skills and confidence.
As such we're looking for a partner that is able to deliver:
•Training to customers via in person group sessions on the basics of digital usage such as social media, emails, online services and use of Plus Dane Digital Services
•Training to customers via individual / appointed sessions on the basics of digital usage such as social media, emails, online services and use of Plus Dane Digital Services
•Training to colleagues via in person group sessions on the basics of digital usage such as social media, emails, online services
•Assistance for customers with additional requirements in completing transactions (forms, etc), setting up accounts, etc. either remote or in person (but 1-2-1).
•Provide devices to customers including handling, setup and dispatch ideally using our decommissioned equipment (we replace 20% of our laptops every year)
•Referral management and reporting to understand impact and level of success.
