These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our application ("the Service"), which provides access to public procurement data from the UK government's Find a Tender Service and Contracts Finder open APIs.   • "Service" refers to our SaaS application that retrieves and displays procurement data from the UK government.
  • "Content" refers to the procurement data retrieved from the UK government APIs.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
  • Prohibited Uses: You agree not to:
    • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
    • Misuse, resell, or exploit the Service for commercial gain without our written permission.
    • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.

4. Data and Content

  • Third-Party Data: The procurement data provided by the Service is sourced from the UK government’s Find a Tender Service and Contracts Finder open APIs. We do not own or control this data and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability.
  • Usage Restrictions: You acknowledge and agree that the data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for critical decision-making without verification from official government sources.
  • Intellectual Property: While the data is publicly available, the design, compilation, and presentation of the Service are owned by CodeByTwo Limited and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when registering for the Service.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Unavailability or interruptions of the Service.
