Ilfracombe CLT (Old Bicclescombe Nurseries) and Mortehoe & Woolacombe CLT

This is a procurement exercise to appoint a contractor or contractors for the main works at two CLT schemes Ilfracombe and Mortehoe & Woolacombe for Aster Homes.

The procurement is split into two lots, to cover each of the schemes. Tenderers can bid for one or both lots.
Lot 1: Ilfracombe CLT
Lot 2: Mortehoe & Woolacombe CLT
